Letter from Executive Director
Family has always been very important to me, my family and coworkers. The number one reason I decided to pursue a career in healthcare is the love that I have for my family. I watched individuals over the years struggle with so many health issues before passing. I have watched older adults experience signs of dementia, Alzheimer’s and stroke. I have witnessed how difficult it can be to complete simple tasks that we sometimes take for granted. Growing up, I always felt like they were invincible.
As a family member, I know how hard it can be to watch the people you love and admire struggle. It makes you feel helpless and hesitant to help make decisions regarding their care, for fear that you may make the wrong decision along the way.
This is why I am so passionate about our company. I feel like there is a disconnect in the industry. I remain focused on creating a culture within the company that every client will be treated with the same care and compassion that we would want for our own family members and loved ones.

Antoine Mayfield
With over twenty years of mental health and healthcare experience, I have had the great opportunity to work in many diverse fields: emergency, behavioral health, and mental health. I have over ten years of experience in the home care setting, as well as care management experience. This experience has given me the ability and advantage to think outside the box and grow. I get to make a profound difference every single day.
One of the most rewarding aspects of a career in the healthcare field is the ability to connect with our patients on a uniquely personal level. I became a healthcare worker twenty-five years ago so that I could have an impact on the lives of others and have a career that makes a difference. I have never had a regret about my career choice. While I often meet my clients under very difficult circumstances, I get to know my patients very quickly and have the opportunity to play an important role in their lives.
During my free time, I enjoy exercising, trying new foods, and vacationing with my family.
